Anything general
Unclear who should get your note, or nothing below quite matches? Send it here. Someone hands it to whoever owns the subject, and you get a reply within one working day.
office@apply.atApply has no front desk to walk up to. Our people are spread out and do everything remotely, for firms anywhere between Bregenz and Eisenstadt. So that messages don't bounce from person to person, we split incoming mail by subject: each subject gets its own address, and whatever you send ends up directly with the colleagues responsible for it.
Somebody asking for prices shouldn't queue behind a server alarm, and an unpaid invoice shouldn't drown among journalists' questions. Hence separate mailboxes. Each is checked on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00.
Unclear who should get your note, or nothing below quite matches? Send it here. Someone hands it to whoever owns the subject, and you get a reply within one working day.
office@apply.atWondering whether Start, Business or Premium fits, or what a defined project would cost? This mailbox produces written offers that you can pass to the boss or to the firm's accountant.
sales@apply.atAround fifty desks upwards, or offices in more than one town: custom SLAs, monthly reports, and whatever your auditors or group IT expect from a provider.
b2b@apply.atFor existing customers: widen or narrow what we cover, extend the term, bolt on an option, or add three new colleagues who start in a few weeks.
corp@apply.atSome software won't launch, Outlook has lost its profile, or a configuration wants checking, and there is no support agreement in place. Households write to this mailbox as well.
support@apply.atOnly for customers under contract. Incoming mail becomes a numbered ticket straight away, ranked by urgency and timed against the SLA of your plan.
helpme@apply.atAgencies, software makers and consultants thinking about a shared project or wanting to subcontract part of a build, plus vendors keen to pitch a product to us.
partner@apply.atDuplicate invoices, ebInterface or ZUGFeRD files, checking whether a payment has landed, account statements, and registering Apply in BMD, RZL or whatever bookkeeping software you use.
finance@apply.atInterview requests, a technical comment when a cyber attack makes headlines, approving quotations ahead of publication, and permission to show our logo.
pr@apply.atPrefer a conversation to an email chain? Give us a couple of possible times plus the video tool your office already uses, and a calendar invite comes back. Ten minutes of screen sharing tends to resolve what five written messages would not.
Propose a timePremium customers and anyone who has booked Round-the-clock support get a private emergency channel with their paperwork. It is kept off the public site on purpose, so it is never clogged by routine questions.
See plan differencesNo idea which mailbox is right? office@apply.at is always fine. Colleagues reroute your note internally, and you never have to send it twice.
Handy when drafting an agreement, raising a PO or filling in vendor forms. Want a signed sheet bundling all of it? finance@apply.at will prepare one.
Registering us in your vendor database? Drop finance@apply.at a line. Within one working day, a single PDF with everything arrives, which saves your bookkeeper from hunting down each field separately.
Your contract's SLA is what binds us. Here is how the plans play out on an ordinary week.
Weekdays 8:00-17:00, Austrian time (CET/CEST). Anything sent by email or through the form gets a reply by the end of the next working day at the latest.
4 hours to react. Counted inside service hours only; your agreement spells out the exact method.
1 hour to react. Tickets may be raised around the clock, while the SLA timer counts service hours.
15 minutes to react. Severe incidents are handled overnight, on Saturdays and Sundays and over bank holidays too, via the emergency number your contract names.
Mail written at 2 a.m. is opened after breakfast. Suppose a tax adviser's server dies late on Saturday, or shared folders suddenly fill with encrypted files: a note to office@apply.at sits unread till Monday. Premium's emergency line is built for exactly that situation and alerts whichever engineer is on duty instantly.
Not in an office, since we don't keep one for visitors. Working fully online is a deliberate choice and one reason our fees stay moderate. We meet via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet and share screens when a setting needs looking at together. Email office@apply.at and a few time slots will come your way.
Legal name, seat, ID number and bank account are listed further up in Legal entity and bank account. Information required under Austrian e-commerce and media law is in the imprint. For vendor onboarding, finance@apply.at bundles the lot into one file.
Write to helpme@apply.at, which feeds the service desk. Mention which people or systems are hit, when it began and whether everyone is stuck or things are merely sluggish. A ticket number and priority are assigned on arrival, and you hear from us inside your plan's reaction time.
Ones that stop a whole department or knock out something central: Exchange Online refusing mail, the BMD server not booting, a Shopware store unable to accept orders, or documents on the file server being renamed with an odd extension one by one. Premium customers should use the emergency line for these, not write an email.
Nobody from Apply turns up, and we won't pretend otherwise. Power-cycling a router, plugging a lead back in or replacing a drive is handled by one of your staff or by a local firm you already use, with our engineer guiding every move over video. Once done, we verify everything from our side.
As PDFs sent by finance@apply.at; ebInterface or ZUGFeRD versions are available too, so accounts staff can import rather than type. Due dates, banking data and advice on paying abroad are collected under Payment.
Explain the task or the question and expect an answer by the next working day. If work has ground to a halt, put that in your opening line so an engineer picks it up first.
Your enquiry has arrived
Our reply reaches you within one working day. Outages that leave your staff unable to work are dealt with first.
We could not find that town. Try another spelling, or choose whichever provincial capital lies closest; as everything is handled remotely, you get the same service in all nine Austrian states.
