We create a project space in SharePoint, or in whichever collaboration platform you already rely on, using an identical folder layout for each job, full versioning and access granted per project. Plans, bills of quantities, the site diary, meeting minutes, the programme and the safety and health documents all live there. Memory sticks full of plans and private folders shared in a panic before a deadline become a thing of the past.
Whether it comes from Revit, ArchiCAD or Allplan, or is a combined IFC, a building model is far too bulky for a mobile data link. Virtual desktops or a browser-based viewer solve that: people see and work on a picture of the model, and the master file never leaves its protected storage. Those desktops also shorten heavy calculation runs, for instance an energy certificate recalculated three times in a week after a change to the glazing.
Each subcontractor receives a Microsoft 365 guest identity that sees one job only, requires a second factor and runs out when the building is handed over. The exact mechanism for that expiry varies with your licence tier, and we choose one that genuinely works for you. Your provider supplies the LTE or 5G router and SIM. Before the box goes out, we push the settings onto it from afar. At the job, someone connects power and, if the signal is poor, mounts the external antenna up top. From then on we handle the secure link back to head office, web filtering and a watch on the connection, all remotely.
Tablets and notebooks are registered in device management, Intune being the obvious choice when your Microsoft 365 subscription includes it. A site manager logs on with the company identity and has plans, mail and qualified electronic signing via ID Austria ready to go. Should a tablet be forgotten on scaffolding, it can be locked and erased remotely as soon as it comes back online.

Opening a plan straight across a patchy mobile link wastes hours. Loading drags on, and a dropout halfway through saving may leave the file damaged. When staff use a virtual desktop or browser viewer, only pixels cross the network; the master copy sits untouched in the project space with its revision number and author intact. Imagine a civil engineering practice in Innsbruck supervising four jobs up and down the Inn valley: on any of them, the model looks just as it does at head office.
It arrives preconfigured. The foreman or electrician connects it and, where necessary, fits the antenna, following a single sheet of instructions. Once it is online we activate the VPN, filtering and monitoring ourselves. There are no site visits on our side, yet your people are never on their own: an engineer stays with them on a video call throughout.

What we provide is the technical groundwork: a shared data environment keeping models and issues tidy, machines powerful enough for the software, and properly scoped rights for external consultants. Log-ins and document views are recorded, and how far back that record reaches also depends on the subscription.
