Offers that cannot be compared
We restate every offer in a common structure. Migration effort, user onboarding, support during year one and licence fees tend to appear in one proposal and vanish from the next.
“Where should our IT be in three years?” and “Is our current software trustworthy?” may seem like one topic. In practice they need separate toolkits. Management conversations settle the former; code, configuration files and log data settle the latter.
A one-to-three-year IT plan that starts from commercial goals such as opening a second site, exporting to Germany, replacing the ERP or sending e-invoices to large clients. Each initiative is given a budget, a rank and the reasoning behind its position in the queue.
We inspect bespoke applications or platforms your business depends on, using view-only rights: design, source, third-party libraries, connections to BMD or payment gateways, handling of personal data. The outcome is a risk register where every entry carries a repair estimate.
Clients usually contact us at one of the six junctures below. Budgets or deadlines are always at stake, and unbiased input is scarce.
We restate every offer in a common structure. Migration effort, user onboarding, support during year one and licence fees tend to appear in one proposal and vanish from the next.
We document everything prior to transfer. Credentials, domain names, licences registered to you and all the knowledge that existed only in that contractor's memory, so whoever follows is not guessing.
Our replies rest on proof. Supplier questionnaires covering NIS2, data backup, multi-factor sign-in and subcontractors demand documentation plus a remediation plan wherever something is lacking.
We gauge how far it is from compliance. ebInterface or PEPPOL output, the seven-year retention duty under the BAO, the hand-off to the registered till: what is already in place, what is not, and the price of catching up.
We assess the tech you are about to inherit. In-house code, licence obligations, accumulated shortcuts and people nobody can replace affect valuation just like the financial statements.
Requirements get fixed before vendors pitch. BMD, Business Central, Odoo or another candidate: firms that list their must-have processes and interfaces ahead of any demo seldom end up paying for a second implementation.
Fifteen pages is plenty for a useful advisory report. Documents running to a hundred usually hide an author unwilling to commit. We lead with one page of findings aimed at the directors, follow with decisions sorted by amount, and push technical specifics to the back. The owner can digest it over a Friday coffee; the administrator can act on it first thing Monday.
Nobody travels anywhere. Video meetings, view-only remote connections and shared folders carry the whole assignment, and the quote states duration and budget before work begins.
Three quarters of an hour online to clarify the decision at hand, the decision-makers and the date that cannot move.
In writing: scope, interviewees, required access rights, hand-over date and fee. Should the brief grow, we flag it before billing further time.
Conversations with directors and with daily users of the systems, a close look at contracts and settings, practical tests on the application. Critical issues reach you immediately rather than in the final document.
You receive conclusions, recommended decisions and figures, then discuss them with us in a dedicated session. Any questions about the report are answered there.
An editable file plus a PDF containing an executive summary, the proposed measures in priority order with costs, and appendices for the technicians. Reviews also include every individual finding rated by severity. You keep all of it.
Strategy work needs little beyond interviews, contracts and an export of licence data. A review needs view-only logins to source control, the hosting dashboard and logs, which you create and can revoke whenever you wish. Admin credentials sent by email are something we refuse outright.
Technically and organisationally, yes. Together we estimate whether your business may qualify as an essential or important entity, or be drawn in indirectly through its customers. We then map shortfalls and recommend steps: risk management, incident notification to the competent authority, supervision of suppliers. Our approach follows ISO 27001 principles, yet we issue no certificates. For the definitive legal position, consult a law firm.
No. Apply resells no hardware or licences and accepts no kickbacks from manufacturers or integrators. Only advisory hours are billed, which leaves us free to recommend keeping what you have and improving two details.
It scales with the number of systems and interview partners. The hourly rate is €110 plus VAT; once the initial call is done you may request a fixed fee instead. Accepting the report creates no obligation to order follow-up work.
Outline the choice ahead of you and what is holding you back. We will come back with a proposed scope, timeline and fixed fee for the analysis.

Our reply reaches you within one working day. Outages that leave your staff unable to work are dealt with first.
We could not find that town. Try another spelling, or choose whichever provincial capital lies closest; as everything is handled remotely, you get the same service in all nine Austrian states.
