Everyday Microsoft 365
Aimed at every employee. Working in Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint without piles of copied attachments or constant confusion over which file is current.
Rolling out a tool across a team works best in groups. Preparing one colleague to carry technical duties works best individually, directly on your own systems.
Ten or twelve participants from one department, sessions of an hour and a half up to two hours, and exercises drawn from your own daily work. A natural fit following a Microsoft 365 migration, an ERP replacement or the arrival of e-invoicing.
A single trainer works with a single participant on live company infrastructure. It suits the accidental IT person who got the job by default, executives wanting insight before making choices, and private individuals retraining for a technical role.
Six recurring themes for small firms, professional practices and medical offices. Content is never recycled unchanged: each course is rebuilt from the client's own applications and real situations.
Aimed at every employee. Working in Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint without piles of copied attachments or constant confusion over which file is current.
Aimed at every employee. Bogus delivery texts, fake tax office refunds, supplier invoices carrying altered bank details and the fraudulent “managing director” demanding an instant transfer.
Aimed at advisory firms, payroll clerks and administrators. Login, qualified e-signatures, delegated rights in the Business Service Portal and electronic invoicing, without a scramble on the day a filing is due.
Aimed at sales staff. Customer conversations get logged centrally rather than scribbled in a pad forgotten on the passenger seat.
Aimed at marketing, service desks and controllers. Quicker drafts and summaries, while keeping personal details away from places they should never go.
Aimed at part-time in-house administrators. Handling accounts, backups, networking and access rights confidently, without phoning the IT partner about every trifle.
Courses also produce useful evidence. Under NIS2, management bodies of in-scope entities have to complete cybersecurity training, and similar training for the workforce is encouraged. The AI Act asks organisations deploying AI to make sure employees have adequate AI literacy. Our dated attendance records, course outlines and certificates of attendance can be filed as proof in your compliance folder. Whether that proves sufficient for your specific situation is a judgement for your security officer or legal counsel.
Dates are always your call. Below is the sequence we follow and the points where your input matters.
We talk to the person commissioning the course and send learners a short questionnaire. Groups are formed by existing skills, never by job title.
A written outline states goals, length and time slots for each module, avoiding quarter closings, the high season and other busy spells.
Invitations arrive in everyone's calendar. If errors in production would hurt, learners practise on a sandbox account or a copy populated with fictitious records.
Each attendee gets a certificate. Your organisation retains the video recordings plus single-page reference sheets for future hires.
No, teaching is online only. Participants may sit together in a meeting room equipped with a screen and speakerphone, or each may connect from a personal workstation, which tends to make hands-on tasks easier. People based at other branches or working from home save the journey entirely.
A maximum of ten to twelve lets everybody try things out and raise questions. Awareness talks on phishing can accommodate more listeners because exercises play a smaller part. With SharePoint or Excel, however, larger audiences learn noticeably less.
Recordings are split into brief clips per subject and accompanied by illustrated how-to guides. Many organisations find that sufficient. When a whole cohort starts together, a compact onboarding session beats rerunning the full programme.
Each person receives an individual attendance certificate, and the employer gets a dated register listing the topics taught. Both can be added to GDPR, NIS2 or AI literacy records. Neither amounts to a vendor certification or an officially recognised qualification.
Certain education grants offered by the federal states require an accredited provider, which Apply is not. Please confirm eligibility with the funding body in advance; we do not submit applications on anyone's behalf. Courses are invoiced like our other work: €110 per hour plus VAT for businesses, with an all-in price for the complete programme fixed beforehand.
Describe who should learn which skills and roughly how many people are involved. We will propose a format, a syllabus and possible dates.

We could not find that town. Try another spelling, or choose whichever provincial capital lies closest; as everything is handled remotely, you get the same service in all nine Austrian states.
