Working together in Microsoft 365
Co-editing one file instead of emailing versions back and forth, Teams channels with a sensible structure, sharing with outsiders on an expiry date, and recovering yesterday's version after an accidental overwrite.
You will not find a fixed course list here. The subjects below are the ones companies ask for most, and each is reworked using your own folder structure, templates and applications.
Co-editing one file instead of emailing versions back and forth, Teams channels with a sensible structure, sharing with outsiders on an expiry date, and recovering yesterday's version after an accidental overwrite.
Fake messages through booking platforms, texts about parcels supposedly awaiting delivery, bogus refunds purporting to come from FinanzOnline, instructions in the name of the managing director and suppliers announcing new bank details. Plus the right moves in the minutes after someone has clicked.
Getting real value from Microsoft Copilot or similar tools, with firm rules on which data must never be pasted in. The EU AI Act requires organisations to ensure an adequate level of AI literacy among staff. Training is one building block for that, not the whole answer.
ID Austria, qualified electronic signatures, the Business Service Portal (USP) and FinanzOnline in daily administration: who needs which role and how access is assigned properly, rather than everyone using the owner's credentials.
Summarising data with PivotTables, cleaning imports with Power Query and turning the weekly copy-and-paste list into a simple Power BI report.
VPN, home Wi-Fi, screen locking, what to do with printouts on the kitchen table and what your telework agreement says on the matter.
Bite-sized videos and single-page cheat sheets, so that new hires and seasonal workers can get going without waiting for a colleague to find a free moment.
Expect a few weeks between the first call and the last session. We schedule around your calendar rather than ours.
Five questions for every participant: what they use, what frustrates them, which workarounds they have adopted. We then group people by actual skill level rather than by job title.
A programme filled with scenarios from your own operation arrives together with proposed dates that avoid month-end, the start of the season and other peak times.
Delivered over Teams or Meet, with hands-on tasks in breakout rooms, questions welcome throughout and, where it helps, a sandbox inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
A short Q&A session two to three weeks later. If your support runs through us, we show you how tickets on the trained topics have developed since.
Training does not replace a policy, and a policy nobody has been trained on is a policy nobody knows. Many companies have an IT policy that staff sign when they join and never read again. We connect the two: every session closes with the two or three rules from your policy that relate to the topic, illustrated with a situation from your own working day. If you do not yet have a policy, we show you what belongs in one.
An hour and a half of cases modelled on what actually lands in Austrian inboxes and phones: a so-called guest writing via a booking site with a link to confirm payment, the delivery text, the counterfeit tax refund, an urgent transfer apparently ordered by the owner just before the weekend. The group works out the red flags on its own. To check what stuck, a coordinated simulated campaign can be run some weeks afterwards.
Yes, working from a trial login and the manufacturer's manuals. For niche modules such as payroll in BMD or DPW, the manufacturer or its reseller tends to be the better teacher. We handle everything surrounding the program itself.
No. We do not issue certificates and we are not an accredited training provider. On request you receive an informal confirmation of attendance listing date, duration and topics, which you can file in your internal records, for instance on security briefings or AI literacy.
Possibly, but we cannot promise anything. Whether your federal state or another scheme supports workplace training with a provider like us is something to check directly with the relevant funding body beforehand. We do not file applications and appear in no funding programme as an education provider.
Trainer time, including preparation, is billed at €110 per hour plus VAT, and you receive a quote for the entire programme up front. Recordings are allowed once everyone taking part has been informed beforehand, and anybody who would rather stay off screen can switch the camera off with no questions asked.
Which departments need to get better at what, and in which tool? You will get back a programme using your own scenarios, suggested dates and a quote.
Your enquiry has arrived
Our reply reaches you within one working day. Outages that leave your staff unable to work are dealt with first.
We could not find that town. Try another spelling, or choose whichever provincial capital lies closest; as everything is handled remotely, you get the same service in all nine Austrian states.
