One-to-one training

Picture the office manager at a joinery business in the Mühlviertel with a workforce of fifteen. Besides quotes, payroll paperwork and scheduling, the Microsoft 365 accounts, the NAS storing the CNC files, the workshop wireless network and the backups have all landed on her desk, simply because there is nobody else. She was never given an explanation and is nervous about breaking things. A classroom course would barely help, since its examples bear no relation to a carpentry workshop. She needs a person who joins her by screen share, looks at her actual setup, explains what is on the screen and lets her make the changes herself. That is what one-to-one training means with us. It suits IT leads who want to go deeper just as much as private individuals who want to make sense of their home network at last or are retraining for a job in IT.

Settle the details with an engineer

Running Microsoft 365

Setting up new starters, offboarding someone cleanly, sharing mailboxes, assigning licences and resetting multi-factor sign-in without locking everybody out.

Keeping devices under control

Intune and Entra ID for laptops and company phones: enrolling a device, locking a lost one remotely, rolling out updates in a controlled way.

Backups that make sense to you

Where copies are kept, how to verify that last night's job succeeded, and how to bring back one file or a whole directory from the NAS or from Microsoft 365.

Networking without the fear

Your router, visitor Wi-Fi, forwarded ports and firewall rules, walked through on a sketch of your own premises or home.

Security in sensible doses

Guidance from CERT.at and the Austrian Information Security Handbook in digestible form, password managers and how to handle suspicious emails.

If IT has just become your job, you learn which logins you need, which contracts are running and what ought to be documented, so the next holiday cover does not start from scratch.

Our working method

Businesses pay €110 per hour plus VAT. Private clients pay €99 per hour including VAT, with single remote sessions starting at €69 including VAT. Most people book one or two slots a week, each lasting at least an hour.

Getting your bearings

In the first appointment you share your screen and tell us what is giving you headaches. Often it becomes clear right away that two or three sessions will do.

Writing down the goals

We record three to five tasks you should be able to handle unaided by the end, such as adding a new colleague in Microsoft 365. Progress is measured against that list.

Doing it yourself, with company

You click, we explain and intervene before anything irreversible occurs. Risky operations are rehearsed on a test account first.

Between appointments

Small exercises in your own environment, plus the option of emailing questions whenever you get stuck.

The most valuable exercise is a restore carried out before you need one. Anyone who has personally recovered a deleted file from last night's backup stays calm in a real emergency and knows where to click. That is why this skill appears early in our plan, whether the data is a joinery's NAS or a family's holiday photos.

Frequently asked questions

The worry is reasonable, and it is exactly why tricky steps are tried on a test account or a copy first. Before touching live settings we check that a recent backup exists. And we call a halt well before any click could have consequences.

For the hands-on part, yes, since everything happens in a working environment. You sit the exam itself with the vendor or an authorised test centre. Apply does not award vendor credentials or any certificates of its own, and it is not an accredited training provider.

That is your call. A well-defined topic such as backups is often covered in two to four sessions, while taking over an entire company's IT takes longer. There is no package to buy, and you can stop whenever you like.

You pay up front by card through a payment link, at €99 per hour incl. VAT or from €69 incl. VAT for a single remote session. A receipt or invoice is available if you want one. All sessions take place over video with screen sharing, and we never come to your home.
