Services and areas

The range runs from a notebook whose printer vanished since last Tuesday's patch to an online store feeding orders into BMD, Austrian Post and Amazon. Search by keyword above, or pick one of the areas below. Every detail page explains the work involved and the result you are left holding. We operate through encrypted remote sessions, which means no appointment slot and no engineer in transit.

Managed IT services

Built for firms where the owner, or whoever is best with gadgets, has quietly become the IT department. Think of a joinery in the Mühlviertel with fifteen staff: we take over updates, new starters, stubborn printers and mailboxes, Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00. If a plug needs reseating, a colleague of yours does it while we guide them on screen.

Service plans and SLAs

The three plans differ mainly in how fast someone gets back to you: four hours, one hour or fifteen minutes. Start begins at €890 per month plus VAT for up to ten users, Business is €1,890 and Premium starts at €3,490. The promised time is written into the contract, and the monthly report shows whether it was met.

System administration

An engineering consultancy in Innsbruck runs a Proxmox host, two Windows servers and thirty Entra ID accounts. Who keeps that going when the one colleague with the admin password goes on parental leave? We handle patch dates, permissions and capacity planning, and we document it all so anyone can follow it.

IT infrastructure

A Tyrolean hotel with a front desk, booking system, guest Wi-Fi and office PCs from three different decades deserves a close look before anyone orders new kit. We record what is there, measure where things drag and, if it makes sense, build virtual desktops that behave the same at every site.

Network and telephony

At a haulage firm in Wels, dispatch grinds to a halt the moment the line drops. That is why we watch firewall, switches and internet uplink continuously, measure Wi-Fi coverage across warehouse and office, and move telephony onto Microsoft Teams or a cloud PBX. Any hands-on step is done by your staff with our instructions.

Cloud and hosting

Where exactly does your data live? We run servers, storage and mailboxes in Austrian and EU data centres, for example Exoscale in Vienna, Anexia, Hetzner, IONOS or OVHcloud, and in EU regions of Azure and AWS if you prefer. Your processing records can then name a real location instead of “somewhere in the cloud”.

Backup and recovery

The real question is not whether you have a backup but how long your accounts team would sit idle after a ransomware attack. We decide which data gets saved how often, keep an immutable copy offsite and rehearse restores on a regular basis. The seven-year retention duty under Austrian tax law is built into the plan.

IT security

Fifteen building blocks, and you take only the ones that fit your risk: from data protection under GDPR and the Austrian DSG through firewalls, EDR and hardening to monitoring by a SOC. Warnings from CERT.at feed into our ongoing work, and for NIS2 you get documentation you can present in an audit.

Websites and web applications

From a medical practice's simple web presence to a wholesaler's B2B platform: fourteen web services in all. We care about fast loading, search-friendly code and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, the benchmark many online shops and digital services use to meet Austria's Barrierefreiheitsgesetz. Ongoing care and recovery after a hack are included in the range.

E-commerce and integrations

Imagine a Salzburg retailer on Shopware selling through its own store, Amazon and Kaufland.at. Without integrations someone spends the evening typing orders into BMD, printing labels one by one and correcting stock by hand. We link shop, accounting, payment providers and carriers so every piece of data is entered once.

Custom software

A Styrian supplier plans production in five Excel files that only two people understand. That is where custom software comes in: an application that mirrors your processes, connects to ERP and warehouse, and receives ongoing maintenance. Who holds the source code and usage rights is agreed in the contract up front.

Software testing and QA

Before a new customer portal goes live, someone without insider blind spots should be let loose on it. We check features against requirements, simulate the rush of a sale day, automate repeat tests and attack the application under controlled conditions. You receive a report with a clear order of fixes.

Artificial intelligence

A law firm wants to search its pleadings faster; a hotel would like guest enquiries pre-sorted. We first establish which data may be used and where it will be processed, and only then build the solution. The EU AI Act expects AI literacy among staff, so training is part of every project.

Data and analytics

Shop revenue, margins from BMD, leads from the CRM: the numbers usually sit in three systems and every department calculates differently. We clean up master data, merge sources into a data warehouse and extract incoming documents automatically, so reports rest on one shared foundation.

IT advisory and audit

When a major IT decision is due, such as a new ERP or a move to the cloud, an independent assessment helps. We review systems and plans, spell out risks and costs, and deliver a roadmap for management and shareholders. Where funding schemes like KMU.DIGITAL might apply, we point them out.

Software and licensing

Licences are a quiet cost centre: duplicate subscriptions, accounts of former staff, editions nobody fully uses. We source genuine software for development and IT operations, manage renewal dates and tidy up at regular intervals.

How you can buy

Anything listed here is available either as a standalone job at an agreed price or bundled into a recurring plan.

Plans and pricing

Recurring plan

Pick Start, Business or Premium and you get defined boundaries, one predictable euro figure plus VAT and a reaction time that carries legal weight instead of marketing gloss.

One-off assignment

Shifting mailboxes into Microsoft 365, having your shop emit ebInterface e-invoices, checking a store for accessibility gaps or opening a fresh online store: cost and outcome are fixed in advance.

Extra hands for your admin

Where a sysadmin is already on your payroll, we can absorb the repetitive chores, planned upkeep and niche subjects no single person should carry, say a pen test or a database relocation.

A sensible first step

Unsure where effort pays off most? Begin with a health check. It sorts pressing issues from those that can sensibly be budgeted for later.

01

Remote inspection

Endpoints, servers, your Microsoft 365 tenant, backup jobs and licence counts are reviewed, and each finding is ranked from critical to cosmetic in a written report.

02

Priorities

We separate the fixes worth doing this month from the ones that fit neatly into the coming budget cycle.

03

Offer and signature

A price plus VAT and a schedule arrive together. Once agreed, scope and reaction times become contractual, and signing via ID Austria with a qualified e-signature is an option.

04

Running the show

Tickets get solved, planned jobs get done, and at regular intervals we return with costed suggestions for what to improve next.

Frequently asked questions

Absolutely. You either receive a flat price for it, or we log the hours and charge €110 each plus VAT. Moving onto a monthly arrangement later is straightforward, and the knowledge we gathered about your systems carries over.

Labour: helping your users, administering systems, watching alerts, updates and preventive care. Software subscriptions such as Microsoft 365, endpoint protection or BMD, plus big undertakings like introducing a new ERP, are invoiced on their own and only after your green light.

Never; remote access is our only mode, be your business in Vienna, the Lungau or the Bregenz Forest. For physical tasks like replacing a drive or plugging a cable back in, we walk a colleague of yours or your regular electrician through each move.

Our catalogue reflects the commonest requests, not every possible scenario. Explain your case through the form or at sales@apply.at. Where it falls within our skills, an offer follows. Where it does not, we say so openly and name who might be a better match.

Monthly plans can usually be priced after thirty minutes on a Teams or Meet call, often on the same day. Project offers are written up, and their preparation time depends on size. For a messy environment we recommend an infrastructure health check before quoting anything, rather than guessing.

Yes, in individual remote sessions for a slow computer, malware or a handset that will not pick up new mail. Prices start at €69 per session incl. VAT, with €99 incl. VAT per hour of work, payable up front through a link. Contact support@apply.at or visit our private clients page.
