Line quality
Latency, jitter and packet loss to several destinations, so it is clear whether your line, the provider or a remote service is at fault.
We watch what affects work and tune alerts so that each one has a reason to exist.

Status of VPN tunnels between practice, office or warehouse, frequency of reconnections and certificate expiry dates.
Temperature, power supplies, CPU and memory load, errors per port and the number of clients on each access point.
When will the line become too tight, when is an access point permanently overloaded? Trends over months let you plan purchases instead of buying in a panic.
Every change to firewall and switches is saved with a date stamp. Mistakes can be reversed and a failed device replaced with its last configuration.
We follow vendor notices and CERT.at warnings and update firmware in agreed maintenance windows with a fallback plan.
Who is informed about which alert, who may decide and when the provider gets contacted. It is agreed once and then applies to every incident.
After roughly two weeks monitoring runs with tuned values. From then on it is an ongoing service.
Devices and lines are recorded and a lightweight collector is set up on a machine that runs around the clock.
A few days observing normal operation, followed by thresholds and the escalation plan.
Anything flagged in the first weeks gets resolved: outdated firmware, default passwords, needlessly exposed services.
Alert response according to your plan, scheduled maintenance and a monthly report with recommendations.
A hundred alerts a day are as good as none. People who receive constant notifications start ignoring them, and then miss the one that matters. So we baseline your normal operation first, merge related alerts and review every month which warnings led nowhere. The goal is a short list where each notification triggers an action.
Within standard hours, Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 Austrian time, with a 4-hour response on Start and 1 hour on Business. Premium responds within 15 minutes and covers nights and weekends, as does the Round-the-clock support service. Outside agreed hours the alert is logged and dealt with on the next working day.
The provider sees its line up to the modem, but not your firewall, switches, Wi-Fi or the path to your cloud services. That is where most of the problems arise that reach staff as “the internet is down”.
No. We collect metrics such as utilisation, errors and reachability, not content. The data collected is documented and can be added to your record of processing activities.
We see the failure immediately, narrow down the cause and help with the warranty claim. Once the replacement arrives we load the saved configuration remotely. Someone on your team or your IT partner simply moves the cables according to a photo with the ports marked.
We offer monitoring within the Start (from €890 per month plus VAT), Business (€1,890 per month plus VAT) and Premium (from €3,490 per month plus VAT) plans. The quote lists which devices and lines are covered. The right plan depends mostly on how quickly a response is needed.
Tell us about your sites, lines and key hardware. We will propose a monitoring scope and the plan that fits.
