Picture a wholesaler headquartered in Linz, with a warehouse in Wels, a branch in Innsbruck and a repair workshop in Graz that arrived through an acquisition. Each location grew up on its own: its own choice of router and internet provider, a local technician someone's cousin recommended and the Wi-Fi key on a yellow note stuck to a monitor. Apply turns that patchwork into one estate with identical settings, identical access rules, one channel for every request and one consolidated report. We manage all of it remotely and never send anyone to your premises, head office included.
Savings come from sameness, not from bargain hardware. When every location is built alike, a fix documented for the Innsbruck branch also cures the fault in the Wels warehouse, and opening site number five follows a routine that has already worked four times.
Exact models are fixed for each class of device, and Intune gets a matching enrolment profile. Purchasing stays with whichever reseller you already trust; each device pulls its settings and software by itself on first boot, no matter whether it is unpacked in Linz or in Innsbruck.
Encrypted links back to head office
Every location connects to the centre through a VPN tunnel cloned from a single template, backed by a second line from another carrier, frequently LTE or 5G. Give the device electricity and an internet connection, and we complete everything else remotely.
One directory, company-wide
A single Entra ID tenant covers the whole firm, grouped by role and by location. When the Wels warehouse manager resigns, his mailbox, ERP login and file shares are switched off in one action instead of across four separate admin portals.
A front door for every request
A shop assistant at the branch and the bookkeeper at head office use the same route: the website form or helpme@apply.at, a mailbox where every incoming email is logged automatically as a ticket. Reaction times depend on your plan and are identical wherever the request comes from.
Local hands, remote brains
Apply neither supplies hardware nor travels to your locations. Connecting a router, swapping a drive or pulling cable falls to a colleague on site or an electrical contractor of your choosing, working from our written instructions. Throughout, our engineer watches over the connection and confirms everything works.
Reporting split by location
On an agreed cycle, a single document shows tickets per site, uptime of each connection, the state of backups and how licences are used. It becomes obvious which location absorbs most of the effort and where next year's budget will do the most good.
Getting every site onto one standard
Nothing is ripped out overnight. New locations open on the blueprint straight away; older ones catch up when hardware is due for replacement or a broadband contract runs out.
01
Survey each location
A remote inspection plus a brief checklist tells us installed equipment, the current carrier and minimum contract term, who can lend a hand locally and when licences expire.
02
Write the blueprint
Device list, network diagram, IP addressing plan, VPN rules and criteria for handing out permissions. One document valid everywhere, shared with your local technicians and electricians as well.
03
Pilot at one site
Choose a location that is neither the simplest nor the most critical. A local colleague connects the kit using our sheet, we configure it remotely, and the blueprint is amended wherever reality disagreed with the plan.
04
Roll out to the rest
Remaining sites follow a timetable, usually outside trading hours. A brand-new location goes live on the blueprint from its first day, and the date mostly depends on how quickly the carrier activates the line.
Many shops and warehouses run guest Wi-Fi, security cameras and the till on one flat network. Any infected smartphone joining the complimentary hotspot is then one hop away from the payment terminal and the CCTV recorder, often still protected by nothing more than its default login. Our blueprint gives each function its own segment, guest, CCTV, point of sale and office, with firewall rules between them. It is the first thing we correct at any site, and new hardware is rarely needed.
Frequently asked questions
Normally the branch manager or a nominated colleague. The router ships from your supplier pre-configured, together with a single sheet showing which socket takes power, which the carrier line and which the switch. Everything else we do remotely. If cabling or work inside a network cabinet is required, you engage a local firm, and we give them the full specification.
Security first: establish who holds administrator credentials (often the outgoing IT contractor), rotate them and enforce MFA. Next we agree whether their mail and documents join your tenant immediately or coexist for some weeks, and we schedule the migration for a weekend. Where the acquired business already relies on a local technician, he or she can keep doing physical jobs, now following your blueprint.
Standard cover runs Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 Austrian time. For Saturday or evening trading, add Round-the-clock support or choose Premium, under which alerts are handled outside office hours too. Distance is irrelevant: a site in Bregenz receives the same service as one in Vienna, and branches elsewhere in the EU can be included.
The number of sites does not change the price; the total number of users and devices does, and that total decides the plan. For reference: Start from €890 (ten users included), Business €1,890, Premium from €3,490, each monthly and each plus VAT. Extra jobs outside the plan, say getting a new branch ready, are billed at €110 per hour plus VAT. With roughly 50 or more workstations, contact b2b@apply.at directly.
Yes, provided the design allows for it. Mail, Teams chats and SharePoint files reach the cloud directly, bypassing the tunnel altogether. The backup line kicks in automatically and monitoring flags the switchover. For applications still hosted centrally, we define a fallback mode with you: what must keep running regardless and what can wait until the fibre returns.
Share how many sites you run, the headcount at each and who handles IT there today. We will map what exists and propose a common blueprint with a rollout timetable.

Your enquiry has arrived
Our reply reaches you within one working day. Outages that leave your staff unable to work are dealt with first.
Open points get clarified. If anything is unclear, we come back with questions by mail or propose a quick Teams or Meet session.
A written offer follows. Scope, cost in euros plus VAT and an achievable start date are all spelled out plainly.
You decide at your own pace. Read the offer, ask about whatever is unclear, and only then give us your answer.

We could not find that town. Try another spelling, or choose whichever provincial capital lies closest; as everything is handled remotely, you get the same service in all nine Austrian states.
