The process
A payment service provider hosts the checkout; you enter your credit card there. No login, no customer profile, nothing to register.
Two routes exist, and which one applies is decided by the customer type. Firms are billed and settle by wire within thirty days. Households prepay the agreed remote session via a link we email them. Below you will find deadlines, our banking data, common snags with transfers leaving the SEPA zone, and a short routine for spotting a fake Apply invoice before your company releases any funds.
Plan fees are charged in arrears after each calendar month, project work after each milestone we agreed on. Payment falls due thirty days after the date printed on the invoice.
finance@apply.at sends a PDF to whichever billing mailbox you nominate. Should your bookkeeping take structured data, an ebInterface or ZUGFeRD file travels alongside.
PO numbers, cost centres, a department name: tell us before the month ends and they appear from the very first bill, so nothing has to be reissued later on.
We bank with JSC Kaspi Bank, which is not part of SEPA, so your payment travels over SWIFT. Every invoice lists the account, and so does the box below. Quoting the invoice number lets us allocate the money at a glance.
Expect one to three banking days in transit. Your own bank, and possibly correspondent banks in between, may take fees. Once the credit shows up, we close the invoice on our side.
Where to pay: JSC Kaspi Bank, IBAN KZ22722S000015813162, SWIFT/BIC CASPKZKA, in favour of Apply LLP (BIN 220540005599). Full company particulars sit on our contact page. Without an invoice number in the reference, allocation becomes manual detective work. Be aware that we never switch bank accounts through a mere email; should such a notice reach you, stop and verify with finance@apply.at.
Sessions start at €69 incl. VAT; longer work runs at €99 incl. VAT per hour. After we understand the issue, a checkout link lands in your inbox, and our engineer connects once your payment clears.
A payment service provider hosts the checkout; you enter your credit card there. No login, no customer profile, nothing to register.
Card data goes straight to that provider, which gets your bank's approval, usually via a banking app prompt. At no point do we see or keep the complete card number.
You cover the booked time beforehand. Should more time be needed, work halts and you are asked first; only with your go-ahead does another link follow. Nothing gets added behind your back.
When we fail to achieve what we promised, we reverse the charge to your card. Timing of the credit is up to your bank or whoever issued the card.
A confirmation is emailed once you have paid. Need a proper invoice with your name and home address on it? Say so ahead of paying.
People with one concrete problem and no wish to sign anything: reconnecting a printer to Wi-Fi, getting ID Austria running on a replacement phone, pulling pictures off an ageing laptop. See Private clients.
Fraudsters like to impersonate a known vendor and request money to a supposedly updated account. Small firms fall for it frequently because sign-off happens in a hurry. Sixty seconds and four questions protect you.
Transferred already, yet the invoice looks unpaid? Send the bank's remittance advice to finance@apply.at. We locate the credit and report back by the next working day.
Monthly plan invoices are issued once a month has closed. Duplicates, fixes or overviews are one email to finance@apply.at away.
Companies settle in arrears: plans monthly, projects milestone by milestone. Prepayment applies only to households using a checkout link. Lengthy projects get a payment timetable fixed in writing as part of the agreement.
Business rates are net and carry the note “plus VAT”; household rates already contain Austria's 20% VAT (“incl. VAT”). On a company invoice, the treatment of VAT follows the rules for services supplied across borders. Net figure, tax or corresponding remark, and gross total are itemised separately in every case. If your tax adviser has questions, they can contact us directly.
Apply is operated by Apply LLP, whose seat is in Kazakhstan, and that entity collects money into its own account. From your bank's point of view this is a routine foreign payment requiring IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and the beneficiary name. Fees differ between banks, so check your own tariff sheet.
A polite reminder arrives by email first. Anything beyond that is governed by your agreement and by statutory rules on late payment in business-to-business dealings. If cash flow is tight, raise it with us early; a workable arrangement is usually possible.
No. A PDF can be posted in BMD, RZL or Sage DPW just like paper receipts. Whenever you decide to switch to structured formats, ebInterface and ZUGFeRD are ready on our side, and configuring the import usually fits into one short remote session.
Companies pay by wire against an invoice. SEPA direct debit is ruled out, because our account lies outside the SEPA zone, and card checkout links are reserved for households. Special procurement or payment requirements? Raise them with finance@apply.at.
Invoice missing, duplicate needed, or a transfer you cannot see booked? Write to us and expect a reply by the next working day.

We could not find that town. Try another spelling, or choose whichever provincial capital lies closest; as everything is handled remotely, you get the same service in all nine Austrian states.
