Topology from the devices
Neighbour discovery protocols and MAC and ARP tables reveal what is plugged in where. Forgotten switches under desks or a second router handing out its own network often come to light this way.
We examine every layer, from the internet connection down to individual access points, and back each finding with measurements.

Provider, line type, modem in bridge mode or double NAT, plus latency and throughput measured at different times of day.
Which rules are still needed, which ports are open, what supplier maintenance access exists and whether VPN accounts of former staff remain active.
A member of your staff takes readings with a free app at points marked on the floor plan. Combined with access point data, this exposes dead spots, channel overlap and overcrowded cells.
DHCP scopes running short, DNS records pointing nowhere, time servers and name resolution. Inconspicuous faults here often cause the most stubborn complaints.
Whether guests, tills, cameras, printers and office machines sit on separate networks, and whether the rules between them really hold.
Split into work we complete remotely, purchases to our specification and jobs for an electrician or IT partner on site.
The analysis runs during normal business. We estimate the range of hours before starting and agree the delivery date with you.
A video meeting about sites, provider, known hardware and the complaints of recent weeks.
Someone on your team installs an analysis agent using our guide. We change nothing while collecting data.
Several days of device readouts, the Wi-Fi walk with your staff member and load tests at peak times.
Diagram and action list presented over video, with time for questions and a clear recommendation on where to begin.
A faster line seldom cures a slow network. In many analyses the bottleneck is indoors: an access point serving 60 devices, a switch port logging thousands of errors an hour, or a loop generating load every lunchtime. Such causes cost little to fix, yet a great deal if you try to paper over them with a pricier tariff.
No. We only read data and change no settings during collection. Load tests are timed so that nobody notices. Only the Wi-Fi walk needs one of your people for about an hour per floor.
Read access to the firewall, switches and Wi-Fi controller, plus a computer left running during the analysis. If a password is missing, say for the provider's modem, we work with data from the devices behind it and can help you request access from the provider.
Not at all; it is the norm. We work with the common makers of firewalls, switches and access points and with standard protocols. Very old devices without a management interface are described by how they behave on the network.
Everything that can be done remotely, yes. Cabling, mounting and swapping hardware are handled by your team or a local IT partner. The action list is written so they can quote straight from it.
We charge €110 per hour plus VAT and give an estimated range of hours in advance. A single site with up to 30 workstations usually sits at the lower end. With a Start, Business or Premium plan the effort is treated as set out in your contract.
Describe the problems and tell us how many sites and workstations you have. Within one working day you will receive a range of hours and a possible start date.

Our reply reaches you within one working day. Outages that leave your staff unable to work are dealt with first.
We could not find that town. Try another spelling, or choose whichever provincial capital lies closest; as everything is handled remotely, you get the same service in all nine Austrian states.
