Core module for everyone
How language models work, where their limits lie, why they can be convincingly wrong and how to describe a task so that the output is actually useful.
We assemble the programme from these modules, matched to prior knowledge, approved tools and the group's tasks.

Purchasing, accounts, customer service, sales or marketing practise on real, anonymised tasks from their own area, from drafting replies to analysing spreadsheets.
A fixed routine for confirming figures, names, deadlines and legal references before anything leaves the business. It runs through every module.
Which data never belongs in an AI tool, what the GDPR says and what your internal policy lays down, illustrated with concrete examples rather than paragraphs.
How to steer AI use in a team, evaluate results, assign responsibility and set realistic expectations, together with the essentials of the AI Act minus the jargon.
Two or three employees receive in-depth coaching so they can answer colleagues' questions, collect new use cases and keep the policy current.
The core module takes half a day. Department modules are spread over shorter sessions with practice time in between.
A short survey on prior knowledge, tools in use and open questions, plus a conversation with your contact person.
Together we choose tasks from daily work and prepare them without personal data.
Exercises, group discussion and questions, recorded if the group agrees.
Quick guide, attendance certificates and a Q&A hour a few weeks later.
Prompt tricks go stale; judgement does not. Tools and interfaces change month by month, and what counts as the perfect phrasing today will be outdated next year. So we focus on what endures: describing tasks clearly, scrutinising results and knowing which data is off limits.
In the core module, yes; both groups benefit from the same ground rules. In department modules we adapt the exercises so that experienced users get more demanding tasks.
No, all training takes place live online. That lets staff from several locations and those working from home join the same session.
Each participant receives a certificate listing content and duration, and the company gets an overview of all attendance. That is solid documentation. Whether it satisfies every obligation is for your legal adviser to judge.
Before every course we review what has changed in the approved tools and revise exercises and examples accordingly. Groups trained earlier can book a short refresher, for instance after a new feature has been switched on or the internal policy has been revised.
Whatever your business has approved, such as Copilot in Microsoft 365 or Gemini in Google Workspace. If nothing has been approved yet, we practise in a neutral environment and help you choose.
We price per group according to headcount, number of sessions and preparation effort. Email sales@apply.at and we will reply within one working day, then prepare a quote. Single sessions are also available at €110 per hour plus VAT.
Let us know the group size, departments and approved tools. We will suggest a programme built on examples from your daily work.
